Ministry Staff
Kenneth grew up in Victoria, Texas. At 17, he surrendered to the ministry. After graduating from Dallas Baptist University, he married Joy Petty. He received his Masters of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. Kenneth has served as Associate Pastor of Matthew Road Baptist Church in Grand Prairie, Texas; as Pastor of First Baptist Church in Bartlett, Texas; and as Pastor of FBC Alpine since February of 2005. Kenneth is the proud father of Samuel, Abigail, and Hannah. He and his family love Alpine and the Big Bend area! He is excited to be a part of what God is doing here.
Kent is passionate about knowing Christ. His desire is to be an agent of grace wherever he goes. He keeps pretty odd office hours but is available for conversation regularly while out and about the city of Alpine. Just wave him down. (Kent also uploaded his own picture for this page)
